 Raw material inspection by reviewing of test certificates with respect to applicable standards

 Performed inspection of fit-up and dimensional as per isometric and P&ID.

 Inspection of Surface Preparation/Shot blasting for Rubber Lining – Visual, Salt

 Witnessing of UT, PT, MPI & preparation of NDT reports, hardness survey, thickness survey and stage
by stage weld inspection.
 Witnessing welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test (PQR) and reviewing
