Though primary driver of outsourcing is significant cost reduction, it is important to note that
there is a lot more what healthcare IT outsourcing brings to the table.
Let's take a closer look at the key benefits of the services of Waar Way Technologies as
Healthcare IT systems outsourcing partner:
Increased Profitability:
Aforesaid, one of the most lucrative advantages of healthcare outsourcing is that it helps
companies save approximately 30% and 60% of the costs that would be otherwise spent on
local resources. Access to low cost manpower and infrastructure through outsourcing, is one
of the main reasons that bring in huge savings and help healthcare institutions/hospitals/clinics
increase their profit margins.
Access to Skilled Workforce:
Biggest advantage of outsourcing apart from cost is the 24/7 availability of large skilled
workforce, which is ready to take on projects of any size and complexity. This has worked most
to Waar Way Technologies advantage as compared to other companies, as we have a surplus
pool of Healthcare IT professionals trained workforce. Skilled Team of Waar Way Technologies
ensure that client's requirements are best taken care without any administrative hassles.
4. Prime Focus on Patient Care:
Outsourcing allows medical practitioners to eliminate the tedious yet necessary job of
managing administrative tasks. It brings medical practitioner's focus back on providing quality
patient care, because their outsourcing partner assists with all non-core administrative
functions.

Cost of acquiring excess staff and training them goes down to a great extent because as a

10. PACS Consultancy Services
The most important part of the PACSplanning process actually has very little to do with detailed
vendor technical assessment, but rather an assessment of the entire hospital’s integrated
imaging requirements and how PACS can help meet those needs.
Those requirements vary based on the size of the facility- Waar-Way Technologies has worked
with and implemented PACS at facilities as small as 50 beds and as large over 2,000 beds, as
well many multi-site networked solutions.
We understand the challenges each facility offers, including differences in reimbursement mix,
competitive issues, and even making the most out of the investments made in PACS
technology at the facility. These issues are all discussed before an agreement is signed.
Our focus is not to tell you which PACS you should purchase. We are not PACS sales
personnel. Our goal is to neutrally guide you through the PACS process so that you are better
prepared to Waar an educated decision regarding your PACS project.
There are many diverse PACSofferings on the market and the healthcare community has many
diverse needs. As your PACS Implementation Specialists, Waar-Way Technologies is here to
provide you an unbiased forum to discuss and evaluate the various PACS offerings. We have
worked with all of the major PACS vendors. We know their product offerings, their corporate
structure and their pricing patterns as well.
Evaluating the PACS Vendors
Before your facility actually awards a PACS from your vendor, we will have had the opportunity
as a group to discuss different aspects in several different forums.
The RFI allows you to compare side-by-side the semantics of the various vendors.
On-site demonstrations provide you with a chance to speak to vendor representatives
and view the functions of their Diagnostic Review Stations.
Vendor site visits expose you to an actual "live" PACS site.
During each of these steps, we help you sort out the information being presented and Waar
sure that you have asked all of the correct and important questions that will ensure you are
purchasing a PACS that will meet your current and future needs.
As your PACS Consulting Specialists, Waar-Way Technologies is here to help you ease the
confusion of PACS. Some of the other options offered under our PACS consulting program,
are mentioned below:
PACS Feasibility Study
Selecting and Implementing PACS
Purchasing a RIS/PACS
Data Storage and Disaster Recovery Management
11. Post-PACS Efficiency Evaluation
Cardiology PACS Consulting
Laboratory Information PACS Consulting
Voice Recognition Consulting
Most PACS projects fail due to the lack of an established plan for the project. The first thing
that Waar-Way would provide to you as your PACS consultant is a set of deliverables that
provides a Strategic Work Plan. This Strategic Work Plan outlines each of the key steps that
need to be addressed and completed in order for a successful PACS implementation. It also
provides us a tool to successfully monitor your PACS project from beginning to end.
Waar-Way Technologies Consultancy Services are offered to help you with any step along the
way for your PACS project. We understand that each facility’s needs are unique. If you only
need help in negotiating the final contract with a PACS vendor you have already selected, The
Waar-Way Technologies is ready to ensure you to have configured the optimal system design
and help you with negotiations. We are ready to help you as little, or as much, as your facility
needs. You let us know what you need and we will provide you a service that will fulfill that
need.
