M. Zoon-nou-raine has spent the last twenty years working with indigenous organizations and
communities in enterprise development and Entrepreneurship conservation programs. After
graduation in 1995 he had started his career from Textile industry in 2001 he left the industry
and joined Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) project for the textile export
promotion as Project Director. He did MSc. in Gender Studies in 2006, and conducted courses
for the Women Entrepreneurship Development and Women Empowerment in 2008-2009 for
members of Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Lahore Region also.
He had visited European Countries, UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to get experience of

Teachers’ Performance Evaluation
The fundamental obstacle to professional agreement is that everyone - parent,
administrator, legislator, and teacher - purports to know exactly what a good teacher is. The
objective of our Performance Evaluation system is to find gaps and suggest strategy to
enhance capabilities of the staff of Educational institutes. WAAR-WAY is offering services
for evaluating teachers’ performance on the following grounds.

2. Summative (Tool used to Waar personnel decisions.)

It includes evaluating and developing clinical skills related to academic
content for promoting effective teaching and learning practices.
2. Professional Performance & Development
It involves finding gaps and suggesting plans for faculty members’
increasing sophistication in their academic discipline, strengthening their
scholarship and fostering their professional growth.
3. Organizational Performance & Development
It includes the evaluating and developing growth of faculty as members of
an academic community at a specific institution. This leads towards the
enrichment of roles of academics as members of community where they
strengthen collegial ties or professional socialization as well.
