Management module enables you to analyze training needs,
nominate individuals for training programs, schedule
trainings, track and report on employee training, collect

Internal as well as external trainers are given login to Exenta
where they can upload training materials and view the
profiles of training attendees, feedback and ratings. Annual

MEETING MANAGEMENT
Meeting management helps to create and organize new
meetings. All the meeting details like meeting organizers,
attendees, agenda of the meeting, discussions, minutes of
the meeting and conclusions from the meeting can be
updated in the system. Meeting venue availability can be
checked and the venues can be changed or decided based on
the availability. All the meetings held in a particular branch of
an organization on a daily or monthly basis can be listed and
their current status reported through this module. The
Action items of the meeting can be managed and the status
of completion of the action item and to whom it is assigned is
all decided and brought into effect here.
EXIT MANAGEMENT
Exenta automates the employee separation process - from confirming an employee's resignation, scheduling meetings with
managers, deciding on retention or off boarding, and providing exit clearances to collecting keys, materials, automobiles, credit
cards, laptops, or more. You can verify that your company has disabled system access and login rights, e- mail, phones, etc. and
manage all the variables in your company's employee separation policy, including final settlements. Letters issued to the
employees are automated and the system would make the letters available only after all clearances are done.

Help Desk is an online interface through which your
