Fielding a few queries on why the success or otherwise of the MR Archetypes basis their position on the Managerial/Leadership Grid got me thinking. Is there another axis given the Brave New Connected World?

15 Marketing Research Archetypes put on the leadership/
managerial grid.
The achievements and performance of many Archetypes did not
seem to be in consonance with their position on the Grid .
Even after accounting for the off-grid paternalistic and
opportunistic styles !
Are we missing some thing here? Is there an
opportunity to update existing knowledge? Does the
Brave New World require something more?
