2. Assignated on Optimal Utilities project team and report to shift Supervisor.I am
responsible in assisting project specialist in:-
Pre-Startup Safety Review (Pre-PSSR and PSSR)
Involving safety matter in accessibilities for equipment such as valve, block valves for
vent, drains, potentials of head knocker of piping, tripping hazard.

Job Area at Bertam Project (E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (Offshore Operation)
Main responsibilities:
 Becomes first batch for Commissioning Bertam Project
 As per company representative for take care all job installation wellhead
platform at Tabung Haji Yard and Ship FPSO at Keppel Yard.
 Take leader ship with start Up Team for install and Start Up the FPSO
operation.
 Applicable with new design of ESP well head for this Bertam Project
Job Area at Cendor Mopu (E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (Offshore Operation)
Main responsibilities:
 Operated on MOPU, specialized in well test, CDFT, APR bleeds and other w/head
equipment and facilities.
 Perform daily routine such as optimized water injection wells, gas lift wells and also oil
producer wells.
 Optimized water in separator vessel, vacuum pump, water injection pump and high
pressure water injection pumps.
 Maintaining water injection quality, fine tune chemical injection for water injection
system. Closely monitoring on water injection pump performance.

3.  Trouble shoot any upset on water injection quality.
 Closely monitor Gas Lift Compressor running and start up during GLC shut down.
 DCS operation, Operate Rockwell Automation DCS for all System.
 Able to conduct water injection quality test.
 Presently assign as a Permit Coordinator (PC). Monitoring all work permits in accordance
with management systems.
 Preparation of Daily Production Report.

Incinerator system for burning waste from unit before discharge.
Duties and responsibilities include:-
 Opening, closing and adjusting equipment positions, valve, etc
 Access and analyses operating condition of process equipment to keep the
operation within prescribed safe operation ranges and initiate remedial actions
when necessary by monitoring :-
 Temperature
 Flow
 Pressure
 Rates of change or condition
- Isolating, purging, chemical, /water washing of equipment in preparation for
maintenance and returning equipment to service after maintenance.
 Perform repairs to operating equipment such as changing
filters,lubrication,filters,gasket,tighten valve packing.
 Taking and analyzing product and material samples
 Operating procedure compliance,writing and updating
 Reading process P&ID
 Keep work area and equipment clean an in-ready condition.

5.  Perform periodic audits of the work area to assure there are no personnel
hazards and that all safety equipment is in place and ready to operate.
 Physical inspection of equipment conditions operation by performing “Walk
through” of facilities. Includes coming close,entering confined spaces or climbing
the equipment.
 Participating and being a member of Emergency Response Team&Damage
Control Team(Fire fighting,personnel rescue,medical aid,chemical leak control).
 Use of computer terminals.
 Checks,prepares and co-ordinates the work on issuance of Permit To work.
 Carry out first line maintenance on process system accordance with the facility
plan.
 Carry out pigging operations as directed by the senior Production technicians
 DCS and Fire&Gas monitor of the facility and execution of controls to ensure
safe and optimum facility operations.
 Team member of the facility emergency response team.
 Compile production data and maintain log for all production activities
 Carry out laboratory analysis in accordance with Company”s procedures.
 Monitor all work permit in accordance with Permit To Work System.
 Operate production systems and associated utilities, in safe and controlled
manner with minimal environmental impact and in compliance with legislation
and the requirement of the Company’s Safety Management System.
 Respond to any operational upsets and facilities emergencies and take
necessary actions required to protect facility and fellow personnel.
 Perform gas test,isolations and confined space entry permits as directed in
operating procedures for safe handing over to alternate shift team.

6.  Ensure good housekeeping standards on process equipment.
 Perform any other jobs as assigned to meet operational requirement like
instrument and maintenance(multi-skill).
 Perform Critical Device Function Testing(CDFT) in accordance with the
company’s procedures.
 To assist in the training and development of new trainee production technicians
