coaching and managing of team which includes disciplinary as well as HR issues.
Coordinating of plant (Cranes, concrete pumps and trucks) in order to achieve optimal production
from team. Ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality and accepted by the client.
Ensuring that a first time past rate is achieved during inspections and ensuring that concrete is
placed in accordance with the project specification and shutter designs.
Responsible for teams daily costing to track cost versus allowable on a daily and weekly bases.
