Job Profile:
Checking and design of Electrical system such as all Power, Lighting & its control system,
Central Battery systems, Fire Alarm, ELV systems and Structured Cabling, Infrastructure activities
like HV, MV, Street lighting cables and Telephone, FA, ELV ducts and cables, manhole etc.
Design and preparation of Shop drawings, Method statements, Load schedules, Calculations such as
Voltage drops, Generators capacity, Diversity factor and Capacitor bank calculations etc.
Execution and supervision of project with work schedule, Co-ordination with Main Contractor &
Sub contractors with preplanning and raising RFI’s, Inspection Requests & Variations for any
deviations.
Installation, testing and commissioning of all HV Switchgears, Transformers, MV PANELs, SMDBs,
MCCs, DBs, Earthing and Lightning Protection System.
Familiar in installation all Low Current System such as SMATV, CCTV, Access Control system,
A/V intercom, PA/BGM , Nurse Call system, Master Clock system, Telephone/Data and BMS.
3. Discussion with vendors, selection and ordering of Equipments & Materials as per site requirement/
Consultant specifications/Local authority requirements.
Enquiries/ inviting quotations from suppliers, preparation of comparative statements (both technical
and commercial), finalize rates and confirming the letter of intents.
To prepare material submittals including the required schedules, Engineering Calculation, compliance
statements etc. and follow up with the consultants for approval.
Attending meetings with Clients, Consultants & Main contractor and coordinate the activities of the
project (including liaison with consultants and other services) till the execution stage.
To prepare O & M manual including original catalogues, Maintenance schedules and final reports etc.
