• The group had a threshold point of 3.09. Dynamic is used to collate the large group of 3 into 2
further groups each

– Dynamic levels (Participation in extracurricular activities, volunteers at CED, write a

6. Key findings for the 6 groups
• The employed group had an average point (3.1) slightly
higher than the large group (3.0), and the unemployed
group was slightly lower (2.9)
• The level of participation in events was similar across all the
groups (8)
• The high Point Group are more involved in events organized
by the program compared to the remaining groups (9)

7. Key findings - group dynamic
• Leads to a higher success rate (50%), the correlation between
average score and participation in events (= 0.6 in the groups high
point)
• There is no clear correlation between the average scores of the
period, the level of participation and success rate of job applicants
• This group does not participate too much in official events (7) but
participate in extracurricular activities and volunteer in CED
(participation levels negatively correlated -0.3)
8. Key findings - group high point
• A high rate of successful applicants (44%), the highest level
of participation in events (9), the correlation between
average score and participation in events (0.6)
• The group has a clear correlation between the level of
participation and successful applications, however there is
no clear correlation between scores and job success
• This group is wise and many of them stayed in education

• The lowest rate of successful applicant (39%)
• There is no clear correlation between the score
with successful applicants (0.1)
• This group had little participation in events (7)
• There is no correlation between the level of
participation and the success of job applications

11. Key findings
• The main factors affecting the success of job
applications for girls is the dynamic. Not only
full participation in events that contribute to
dynamic, but also active in extracurricular
activities, volunteering, writing success
stories, soft skills courses, learning English....
These will help women find jobs.
