Oversee 50+ locations in all of New Jersey/Delaware, as well as some locations in
Maryland and New York.
Manage, coach, and aid in the development of a staff of 51 managers. (6 Area Managers
and 45 Branch Managers)
Oversee and direct a fleet of 5,000 vehicles.
In the first six months in the position (March-September 2016), my team and I were able to
take the area from last on the balanced scorecard (35th in the country) to number 3 on the
last few rankers.
Responsible for all aspects of the business which includes generating additional revenues,
hitting the targeted business plan for the month/quarter/year, and reducing expenses when
necessary to improve profits. In 2016, I led and motivivated my team to gain an additional
5 million in revenue by attacking the Honda and Acura recalls. This led to over 2 million in
profits for my organization.

Oversaw 35 locations in the long island, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Westchester areas.
Managed, coached, and aided in the development of a staff of 40 managers. (5 Area

Implemented strategies and instituted a culture change to drive an internal price increase
