Objective
To obtain a position in the prototype or auto racing field, as a fabricator, coordinator, or
project manager. I am looking for a team oriented environment, with growth opportunity
that will use the skills I have obtained, and allow me to learn, within the company.
Qualifications
I have been working in the fabrication business for over twenty years. I have experience
in not only auto racing & prototype, but have worked on several types of parts and
materials doing complete builds. My skills are of the following, Bridgeport, basic ez track
programmable Bridgeport; do have basic knowledge of cnc. lathe, tig, mig, stick, and gas
welding, blueprint reading, with all of the basic shop equipment included break, Shear,
bead roller etc…. with full mechanical abilities. I have composite knowledge and
experience. Carbon fiber, fiber glass, Kevlar. Model to mold to part, same with abs
plastic from a vac-former. Metallurgy services such as Brinell and Rockwell hardness
testing, cut and acid etch welds and use a microscope to measure and evaluate welds.

I started out as a Fabricator I was responsible for building fixtures for Clean Tech,
Toyota Sled Bucks, FACC simulators and Bell Helicopters to name a few, I completed
the MIAT Airframe Structures for repair and new build. i would sometimes be
responsible to run a program on the floor when there was a manpower issue. At that time
I would be responsible to be the POC from the customer and track down the parts or
information from other departments within the company. I then had an opportunity to
work with the Metallurgy lab where I would use a camera microscope to evaluate welds
that I would cut and etch. I also would do Brinell and Rockwell testing of the hardness
testing. I now am the supervisor for the leaders and Fabricators/welders. My
responsibilities now are do the performance reviews, disciplinary actions in needed,
maintaining the moral on the floor, organizing the set up on the shop for new jobs,
choosing what leader will perform the new job, maintaining the records of the abilities of
the employees, finding a solution to any problems that may come up whether it be
manpower or broken equipment, and keeping the lines of communication going between
upper management and the shop floor.

Fabricate motor plate header brackets for n2o, oil pumps, air shifters, dry-sump systems,
modify oil pans, all to allow new custom motor to fit on the existing chassis or modified
chassis.

Water sound Headlight evaluations, full instrumental build, modifying wiring harnesses,

Hazardous Waste Coordinator. Making sure all waste chemicals, such as, gas, oils, rags,
waste paint, etc. are properly stored and disposed. All manifests and paperwork is filled
out and mailed properly. EPA Division, making sure that all SUI and MSD sheets, for all
chemicals are stored and available for employees. Maintain and regularly check purged
gas tanks, with the sniffer, to ensure the safety of the tanks for storage and disposal.
Oversee walk-through with auditors during audit processes.

motors with mid plates, and motor plates. As well as, assisting in track support where
necessary, for cliental.
