Maintenance Technician
• As a member of the maintenance team at Oberto brand foods in
Nashville TN I Repair or PM,multiple food bagging machines
,Wolverine and GCO ovens, infeed systems, multi head scales, metal
detectors, check weighers , oxygen scavenger dispensers, and auxillary
equipment. Form/fill/seal machines, including RPM-L, Triangle,KHS,
DoBoy , Safeline, Ishida scales , DEAMCO bucket elevator conveyer ,
dumpers and tumblers ,Hershel ,Cove and Carruthers slicers .
Performing daily setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of
packaging lines, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and
mechanical systems along with cooling of all cold rooms and
production areas .The maintenance team is also in charge the boilers
and all building repairs

Boiler / Chillier Operations
• Boiler operations for campus . Regulation of steam and water
used on campus for building heat or hot water also maintain
boiler readings and settings along with maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance crew repairs and maintains all Air
Handler Units , Hot Water Pumps , Chill Water Pumps and
Air Compressor’s which are used for pneumatic controls on all
Equipment throughout the entire campus.

2. Nissan North America November 1997 – September 2008
Production Technician
• Line Leader for 12 production lines in closure body shop,
responsible for inventory, working with maintenance and material
handling to keep lines producing parts, repaired all substandard
parts (welding, dent removal and missing parts) using hand tools
and power tools. Trained in lock out tag out, hazmat, forklift
operation and weld certification of parts.
• Project Crew responsible for installing safety fencing and light
curtains at work cells. Fabricated and welded parts racks for new
production lines. Worked with maintenance and engineering on
setup of weld jigs and work cells. Indicated and modified weld
jigs using hand tools and power tools under engineering and
maintenance supervision.
• Frame Line Tech placed parts in jig on frame rails to be welded
using a mig welder.
• Production Tech responsible for placing body panel parts and
reinforcement parts in jig to first be welded with PSW gun then
transferred to second jib for robot welder. Also responsible for
quality production and tip change robot welder in work cell.
Thompson Machinery August 1994 – November 1997
• Undercarriage Technician responsible for measuring and
calculating wear on undercarriage for repair. Setup track press
according to specifications of size tracks to be repaired and pressed
apart. Operated idler weld machine to build up idlers back to
factory specifications.
• Welder’s Helper responsible for cutting plate steel with torch for
liners in buckets and blades on heavy equipment. Welded with
mig welder and used torch to braze bearing seats for machine shop.
• Painter responsible for sanding, painting and decaled heavy
equipment for customers and auctions.
Hula Concrete Service August 1985 – August 1994
• Lead Man in charge of three man crew, company truck, hand and
power tools, concrete forms and form trailer for building poured in
place manholes and catch basins.
3. • Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for operating heavy
equipment and forklift at the shop and job site to help setup
concrete forms for pouring of concrete.
