Welding Manager at Brusly, LA plant (01/2014 - present):
o Established complete welding shop floor system for plant (attaining true welding
efficiency.)
o Developed necessary weld procedures as new products or needs arose.
o Turned all current plant weld procedures and welder qualifications into a USCG
approved format to further diversify plants manufacturing capabilities.
o Managed six weld technicians at this plant with over 200+ welders and fitters.
