Wayne IN, Flint MI, and Arlington TX. My primary focus is working with the plants on the Nordson hot melt glue systems. I have

Responsible for multiple vehicle platform tooling/welding processes. Worked with corporate
engineering to establish tooling and welding process standards for each platform. Met and reviewed
with build shops to coordinate time lines for tooling design review, in process build, cycle time and
buy off of automated equipment. Review and adhere to tooling “do’s and don’ts”. Other
responsibilities included verifying sheet metal fit to fixture, tooling interface interferences.
Reutilization of existing tooling and equipment.
Resistance spot welding for steel and aluminum, drawn arc (stud) welding, projection welding, laser
welding, and wire welding. Responsibility of maintaining records for all weld schedules, critical,
non-critical and federal welds. Worked with quality department to establish destructive and
nondestructive (ultrasonic) methods and procedures of testing welds. Implementation of thermo
imaging, and weld penetration monitoring equipment. Working knowledge of multiple weld
controllers, transformers and weld gun manufacturers. Troubleshooting of Robotic (ABB, Fanuc, and
Nachi) weld systems. From single cell sub-assemblies to multiple station/fixture robotic assembly
lines. Planning and installation of new (Fanuc, ABB, Nachi) robotic system welding, debug of new
(Fanuc, ABB, Nachi) robotic welding systems reutilization of existing (Fanuc, ABB, Nachi) robotic
welding systems for multiple platforms.

Worked as a machine tool electrician, eventually becoming an electrical leader and then moving into
the field service department. Responsibilities included oversee the installation of automated
assembly lines in many assembly plants mostly Chrysler facilities. Oversaw the installation of
