 I trained and eventually took over a positon meant of a Senior Engineer.
 Reported SPC characteristicsfor department to management and VP and make suggestions for
machine performance to engineering staff. I was the Q-das administrator for the plant CMM
software, manually and electronicallycollected SPC data, and handled all user management needs in
the department.

 I was the interface between plants on P2P (Plant to Plant) quality notifications. Ireported monthly
to plant senior management on global exposure to P2P non-conformance. I was the champion for
all QC’s organizing, meeting and assembling the team to fix P2P complaints. Ensured 8-D’s were
filled out and QI and QC were closed 1-2-14-60 in SAP. Helped with fishbone ,FMEAs, and
experienced in analytical problem solving techniques.
 I was the Data Security Partner for the department; lead on internal and external audits.
 Managed the departments programs, usage, data, access, and addressed computer viruses when
found.
 Conducted failure analysis of diesel products from field returns, 0-mileage, pulsation, endurance,
QZ, production parts and created scientific experiments. Assisted in the setup and operation of
product non-fired engine endurance testing.

 Tig weld corrugated SS pipe, Three type material weld in one pass.( Pipe , Collar and braid.)
 Weld on fixture devise. Flange , nut or pipe thread.
 Pipes ranged in size from ¼” inch to 18s ” in diameter.
 Foot operated rotary devise was used for turning pipes during continuous weld.
 All pipes pressure tested.

 Ship board foundation were cut loose and brought into the shop to be measured and fabricated
new. (Pump, Motor, Engine, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Environmental ) Foundations.
 Used shear to cut ½” mild steel, bench dog, jet rods, cutting torch, and measuring tape, square.
 Welded pad eyes for rigging transportation and safety destination assistant.
 Communicated improvements for updated equipment implementation.
 Assisted in equipment shaft alignment using dial gages, straight edge and level. Corrected for soft
foot. Replaced bearings, pulleys, belts, seals, idlers, set tensions. Measured clearances. i
