Compensation Analyst
Provide compensation consulting services to all Medical Health Sciences Unit positions within the University. Develop,
modify, and generate data analyses and recommendations using Excel, Access, and other databases.
Work with HR liaisons and hiring managers on compensation related matters such as job description development,
classification level, staff promotions, salary requests/actions, and compliance with HR guidelines.
Independently implemented a customized market‐pricing program for Compensation Department, including the
creation of benchmarking tools and training compensation team on salary survey usage for external analysis and
market benchmarking.
Participate and submit salary survey data to external survey sources. Benchmark positions and provide external
market analysis utilizing salary surveys for all staff positions. Analyze survey data and identify market trends. Ensure
compensation programs and positions are market competitive. Maintain survey benchmarking system and provide
