The excretory system helps remove waste and excess water from the body. It is made up of the kidneys, which filter waste from the blood and produce urine, the ureters that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder, and the bladder which stores urine until it is emptied through the urethra.

4. 1) The blood goes through the kidneys.

2) The kidneys remove excess water and waste products
form the blood and turns then into urine.

5. 3) In the ureters the urine goes down to the bladder.

6. 4) The bladder collects the urine. When it is full it sends
messages to our brain. It´s time to go to the toilet.
