2. Lighting
In this shot you can see a cake that

candles are lit makes it feel more
warm and happy.

when a normal hospital would be

You can tell that the person in this
scene is a child because of her clothes,
they look child-like. Also the cake has

she is a patient because she has a
hospital night gown on.
You can see that Beth and Juno has
their normal clothes on.
