earn the appreciation of critics and endure the betrayal of false friends, to appreciate beauty, to find
the best in others, to leave this world a better whether by a healthy child a garden patch, or a
redeemed social condition, to know id just ONES life has breathed easier because YOU have lived.
This in my eyes is SUCCESS!!!
Mission Objectives
=>To Create a service that is profitable for all involved.
=>Build relationships in as many places as possible.
=>Become efficient in the ability to adapt.
=>Build a structure that is able and ready to sustain change.
=>Keep business young and innovative.
=>To always be confident knowing that Peace of mind and a professional opinion is always offered.
=>To always create a plan that is realistic and correct in organisational details.
=>Plan a realistic time schedule, based on completion, budgeting all details, as accurately as
possible, including the necessary cost of materiel, logistics and labour, also including a risk
analysis of and possible variances that may come up.
=> To stay in constant communication with all parties involved, through which-ever media is of
of most convenience.
=> To never stop learning and trying to be better at what I do.
=> To have a confident knowledge of any variances that may have to be met.
=> To build a fair and agreeable contract that is withstanding of all laws and tariffs that apply.
=> Build a creditable professional reputation.
=> To be true and real at all times, maintaining a existentialist attitude.
=> Always strive to be better.
=> Stay constant in the recognition of weak links, correct with training or remove/replace.
=> Keep service, at consistent education levels and well oiled/healthy.
=> Be sure and confident all parties are in proper place moving the right direction.
=> Quality over Quantity!
=> Never be satisfied with good, ONLY Perfect at what ever I may do!
=> Invest in local community, social and economic support and growth.
=> Know all limitations and make needed provisions to increase service with attainment of new
skills through training programs, courses and trade shows .
=> The customer is always as important as what ever the service/business may be, always have a
clear understanding of who and where they are.
=> Keep and perform, a predicted Profit and Loss budget and balance actual results in a consistent
manor.
Success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis. Every failure brings with it the seed of
equivalent success, practical dreamers, NEVER QUIT !
