Within anything pursued, I will not wavier on certain principals/thoughts including:
Value of product/service versus pure cost are two different things,
Honesty and integrity are none negotiable and have no grey areas,
Team members all are equal within the chain of events that culminate in selling a
product/service, and the longevity of a satisfied consumer,
Communication at all levels must be precise, pleasant, professional, positive and
very specific and proactive in nature. The expectation of a multi WIN circumstance
is definitely my aim; losing a good customer or employee is simply not needed,
When required, I will travel and work whatever times are required to satisfy the
needs of the customer; however I believe that in slower times, time off in lieu is
needed to make sure that the important things in life, such as family, are
considered and that the brain cells can be recharged and acutely ready for the
next campaign. A burnt out employee is a great loss of a valued asset and a
substantial loss of past investment of time and money,
Prioritizing is a must with me; thusly cold calls or unneeded appointments are
generally a no go with me. I do not waste the time of others and I do not
appreciate my time being badly used or squandered. With that said I do believe in
technology to generate warm calls and meetings/appointments that do have merit
and are advantageous to the big picture and bottom line,
Management is the duty of all, and there is no such thing as a bad idea so long as
the contributor has done his or her due diligence regarding the matter in question,
Biases and unsafe practices very simply do not belong within the workforce,
The trilogy of business to me is very important. Care of monies/bookkeeping,
marketing/selling product or service, producing a quality product or service. I can
and have done all the above, BUT I also know that it is best, again to trust and
work with a valued team, that appreciates/understands overall common goals,
I am here to learn, and share (facilitate/educate), and reassure that when money
is spent that value is realized for the employer to the end consumer and all
between. A “Reasonable long term expectation of profit”, is always a wise decision
versus the quick dollar belief, which seldom pays off with long term/earned profits.

High School Drag Racing Association “school initiator and organizer”,

Family is the biggest job I have ever undertaken. They are my life balance, my
greatest challenge and my greatest accomplishment! Yes I am a real life long
learner and get it done guy at home and at work! The same rules apply!
