• Took over the overhaul operations in effort to turn the failing business profitable

• Performed a competitive analysis and revamped the catering menu and prices.
• Oversaw catering operations for events as large as 1,000 people in attendance.
• Initiated marketing campaign, including advertising and meeting with local businesses and
other potential customers and the establishment of a client database
• Increased customer base by 130% my first year (2012-2013) and an additional 150% my
second year (2013-2014). By implementing a new customer relationship protocol, repeat
business has been substantial, resulting in a significant revenue generator.
