Night porter
As a Night porter in a 4 star hotel I am required to look after hotel guests. As well as reception duties we
also undertake various cleaning duties through out he night.

Grosvenor Cleaning. I was employed as an Area Manager for Grosvenor Cleaning; my duties were to
manage the Cleaning contract in Five Primark Stores. I had four in England and one in Holland; I was
responsible for directing, training Cleaning staff and reporting to Primark General Manager on a daily
basis, to discuss any arrears of concern. Managing the contract in Holland required me to fly out on
Friday night meet with Staff, both Cleaning and Management and rectify and concerns that may have
arisen over the week. In my Five Stores I was Responsible for 80 cleaning staff and Five Cleaning
supervisors.
Warrant officer (Cleveland Police)

Dealing With Very Difficult Customers. I was required to attend offenders home address or work place
and arrest them for outstanding warrants. We were then required to transport them to the police station,
to court or to prison.
