Duties - I worked mainly in the pet department looking after the animals and helping
customers with any problems they had. I also covered on all other departments when
short staffed, answering the phone, working on the checkouts and dealing with complaints.

Duties - My role was to look after the animals on the section of the zoo I worked in.

I started as a Sales Assistant. After my first year I was promoted to Warehouse

distribution of all our products within the UK and Ireland. This involves ordering 40ft
Shipping Containers from around the Globe, from multiple factories, then importing them
to our UK Warehouse. Once in the warehouse the goods are stored and ship via pallets
across the county. I also place container orders which ship direct to our customers
anywhere in the world.
I deal with customers both on the phone and via email daily. Managing existing customer
accounts and helping set up new ones. Dealing with incoming invoices and also chasing
customers for any which are outstanding.
The warehouse is extremely busy; however, it is kept well organized and in turn runs very
smoothly.
