This document provides instructions for an eye exercise called "spolverare" or "dusting" where the eyes are moved continuously across a visual target without fixating on details. This stimulates both physical and mental relaxation which is necessary for clear vision. Physically, it induces short, rapid eye movements and prevents fixation. Mentally, it discourages fixation and promotes letting go of past perceptions to see with an open mind. The exercise should be done fluidly and for long periods to experience benefits and induce relaxation throughout the body.
