A LIVELLO FISICO
Quando Memoria ed Immaginazione visiva sono
presenti ed utilizzati correttamente, il viso della
persona assume un’espressione di rilassamento
evidente.
Si riducono le rughe (quelle caratteristiche dello sforzo
di vedere) e tutti i muscoli del corpo assumono uno
stato di tensione ridotta rispetto alla condizione in cui
questi due aspetti non sono usati correttamente per
vedere.

A LIVELLO MENTALE
Memoria ed Immaginazione visiva sono possibili solo
in una condizione di rilassamento mentale dove la
Mente sta svolgendo la proprie funzioni in relazione
alla vista.
Ciò che si può percepire da un punto di vista esterno
alla persona è una maggiore presenza della stessa.
La si sente li vicino a noi, attenta e/o partecipativa alla
vita ed a ciò che sta succedendo. Una percezione
opposta al “vuoto” che trasmettono alcune persone.

DA RICORDARE SEMPRE
1 - Si vede attraverso gli occhi, NON con gl occhi.
2 - Quando la percezione visiva è “scadente” ricordati
di veri

care cosa stai ricordando/immaginando.
3 - Puoi immaginare qualcosa perfettamente solo se
sei in grado di ricordarla perfettamente… anche se il
ricordo è relativo a qualcosa che hai solo immaginato.
4 - Solo una Mente rilassata è in grado di ricordare o
immaginare perfettamente qualcosa.
5 - La Meditazione Visiva è la pratica di base a ciò.
7. MODALITA’ BASICHE
a) Guarda una lettera sulla tabella di controllo quindi
ad occhi chiusi richiamala alla tua mente per un
breve attimo.
b) La stessa cosa, immaginandoti che la lettera
ricordata/immaginata si stia muovendo in
conseguenza al tuo movimento.
c) Ripeti la pratica di fronte a bersagli visivi diversi.
d) Estendi la pratica tutto il giorno usando ciò che ti
circonda come bersaglio visivo.
e) Osserva un oggetto e poi ricordalo/immaginalo.
f) Alterna lo sguardo ad occhi aperti a quello ad
occhi chiusi

tratta di ricordarle/visualizzarle per una breve frazione
