Upon receiving the unusual opportunity to work at Pennini's at fifteen
year old, I have put my full efforts into the job. Honing my kitchen
skills and also growing up in a fast paced work environment has helped
mold me into a hardworking individual. Working with skilled chefs has
allowed me to learn through observation and replication of their talents. I
take pride in the proper procedure of food preparation and attractive
plating. I receive instructions in a humble and attentive manner, and adapt

Working at Freebirds was an experience far different than Pennini's.
Instead of solely cooking the food I was more involved with customer
service and providing restaurant patrons quality food quickly. I was
recognized for my leading potential and eventually raised to shift
manager. The catering events really exemplified the importance of speed
and preparation.
