electroplating, acid/alkali chemical) were managed by suppliers themselves, and billing by square feet out put
PCB product monthly. Benefits were we not only saving 15% up cost of chemical, less waste, less workers and
also the higher quality assurance whose were motoring by suppliers.
In these six years, I get the precious experience for working as management in a factory which is station in China;
those make me powerful up my communication techniques between factories with customer, suppliers or Chinese
government. By now, I am still keeping good relationship with some factories in Guangdong area.
