I herby confirm that Mr JJ De Bruin (ID No. 660107 5002 088) was employed by Adenco as a
meter auditor for an estimated three year period as per contract tender Saldanha Bay
Municipality.
RE: Tender 20/12: Meter Audit to ensure correct installation of energy meters, distribution
board tariff breakers and geyser control units for the period 01 July 2012 and estimated
ending 27 November 2013(Contract Ended).
Audit Procedure Duties
-Enter information of the meter installation on the handheld unit as required.
-Simulate a trip pulse to the latch on the meter by entering the trip breaker token
-Test for supply in the distribution board, using a voltage detector.
-Check for tampering on the meter, physical damages or broken seals.
-Check and test all geyser control units.
-Check for tampering with the installation, cut wires or any changes of whatsoever nature.
-Check for bypassing and other signs of tampering and log information electronically, on site.
-Check and record the condition and safety of the installation.
-All information must be logged electronically on site onto the handheld computers.
-Use relevant test equipment to perform procedure.
-As-built drawings which will be provided must be updated and corrected where it is incorrect.
