 Exclusively responsible for the management of an existing portfolio 
totaling $ 20,000,000. Composed mostly of Commercial Business 
Loans and Business Real Estate Loans (The latter, primarily Mini 
Permanent Industrial, Commercial and Retail Real Estate as well as SBA 
Guaranteed Real Estate Loans). Additionally, as result of the economic 
downturn, during my tenure, I have also been responsible for the Re- 
Structuring/Work-Out of additional portfolio loans, once again both 
Commercial Business Loans and Real Estate loans. In this capacity I have 
worked very closely with the bank’s attorneys in both re-structures and 
foreclosures where applicable. Further, I have continued to underwrite all 
of the above, whether be new lending relationships as well as re-structured 
loans, therefore, have continued to work very closely with credit 
administration and report directly to the Chief Credit Officer of the bank. 
Part of my responsibilities have also entailed interfacing with the 
Regulators( We have had 2 audits by the OCC during my tenure ) and I 
have always been able to address their specific questions in a manner that 
was not detrimental to the current Classification of those relationships and 
in one instance, the Loan in question was upgraded by them.

Vice President/Business Banking Regional Manager 
 Exclusively responsible for Business Development. During my tenure I 
was able to bring to the bank $ 4,200,000.00 in new commercial business 
loans and $1,500,000.00 in deposits. The bank decided to close the branch 
in December 2008. 
June 2007-Jan. 2008 MERCHANTS BANK OF CALIFORNIA 
Vice President/Manager Commercial Lending Division 
 Primarily responsible for Business Development and Credit Underwriting 
of new and existing clients. I managed a portfolio of $10,000,000.00 of 
the existing clients (60% of the total bank’s portfolio). The borrowings 
being centered primarily in R/E transactions. I was responsible for 
directly supervising a junior Credit Underwriter. 
2001-June 2007 PACIFIC WESTERN BANK; 
Vice President/Manager Commercial Lending Division 
 Managed the Tarzana office of the bank from May 2001 to February 2002. 
Responsible for the loan portfolio of the branch of $ 25,000,000.00 as well 
as responsible for the branch administration with 15 employees. 
Currently manage the Pasadena Office. Responsible for the administration, 
underwriting and compliance of the portfolio of $ 35,000,000.00 in 
commercial/business loans as well as Commercial Mini Permanent 
portfolio. Report directly to the Senior Credit Officer of the bank.
