I have managed in 3 stores in multi-million dollar per year locations in the Metro Market area of Columbus, Ohio. I
conduct PNL Analysis and review corporate conglomeration reports to build action plans to achieve success,
reducing losses and expenditures, while raising sales and minimizing inventory losses. Proficient in payroll,
scheduling along with progressive discipline procedures to achieve a successfuland profitable store with controls in

Property manager for 28 yr old 10,600 sf, 3 story, 5 br, 9 ba executive residence resting on the 5th Hole in Muirfield
Village Golf Course in Dublin, OH. As property manager, I oversee and manage all aspects of general
maintenance/repairs, groundskeeping,annual $15,00 flower display and bed maintenance, special projects,special
events,parking & security. The scope of my responsibilities includes, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing,
irrigation, landscaping, lighting, geothermal, wells & pumps, painting, drywall, flooring, cedar shake roofing,
decking and new construction. I also handle the bidding and contracts for outside vendors and service providors
such as the anual landscaping and special projects. As an example, negotiated the annual landscaping contract from
$42,000 to $31,000 annually.
2007 - 2011 ARC Contracting, LLC Reynoldsburg, OH
In a highly competitive industry, I was a successfulgeneral Sales and project manager for a General Contractor
providing home improvement services throughout centralOhio. Services included general home improvement with
emphasis on roof, siding and window replacements. Majority of jobs were insurance claims due to the above
average of area storms in the regeion at that time. I became proficient in working insurance claims utilizing
Xactimate estimating software to create customer's estimates. All projects were self generated through area
canvasing,networking and followup sales calls.
1998-2007 President, Firstmerit Financial Group, LLC, Columbus, OH
As President and CEO, I performed all aspects of planning and executing a startup mortgage business. I built up and
established relationships with over 75+ mortgage lending institutions over the 9 years in operation. Directly
responsible for the day to day operations of the company which include but are not limited to budget and fiscal
responsibilities, payroll, recruiting, lead management, training and retention. Performed all aspects ofrunning a
Mortgage Brokerage Firm, including, but not limited to: company policy & procedure, Payroll, H/R duties, lead
management, accounts payable,sales training, generating and updating corporate forms and correspondence. I also
directed all legal and accounting decisions made by the company with input from the owner. I was responsible for
setting up new lenders, phone & computer systems and staffing. I created and implemented a Loan Officer Training
program, training over 140 new employees. Day to Day duties included the overseeing of sales production and
pipeline management and on the job training for the new staff as well as veteran loan officers. I generated new
lender contracts and with the aid of staff 2 assistant managers maintained a staff of 80 loan officers and 40

I Graduated Recruit Training at MCRD Parris Island, SC as member of PLT 3022, I CO., 3rd BTN. I have received
