As the Mortgage Loan Processor/Servicer, I am responsible for verifying accuracy, compiling
application information and supporting documents. I evaluate loans for compliance (QC) with regulations and
underwriting guidelines along with preparing and submitting loans to underwriting. I work with third parties
such as title companies, appraisers, surveyors, and contract underwriters to get all information required to
close and fund the loan. As a Loan Servicer, I am responsible for maintaining loan accounts, such as paying the
escrow-homeowners insurance, private mortgage insurance and property taxes. I take payments, make
adjustments, run and analyze management end of day & end of month reports, mail out notices, tax and
interest (1098) forms, and escrow analysis. I speak with members directly and assist them as needed.

As the coordinator, I was responsible for QC, organizing and inputting loans into the paperless
system and submitting for underwriting and second marketing. I ordered all FHA items from case numbers to
builder certifications. I ordered all CAIVRS, LDP, and GSA forms for FHA loans. I have processed VA and
Conventional as well. I ordered appraisals, surveys, termite inspections/ treatments, title work, insurances,
payoffs, and anything else needed to close the loan. I also corrected all the closed file corrections and took
care of all the denials or adverse action notices.

As a loan processor it is my responsibility to evaluate and communicate the financial details and the
background of the applicant, to submit and approve FHA, VA, and Conventional loans through underwriting
using resources on time when the loan is scheduled to close, and focusing on the funding goals of my team.
