Canada Payroll Expert Supervisor
• Responsible of the coordination of 14 direct reports.
• Responsible for the entire operation of the Payroll Process for the Canadian Population (5400
employees).
• Apply methodologies as Six Sigma and Kaisen to achieve goals.
• Responsible for the audit outcomes and set plans to increase the score in cases needed.

• The Cell included the entire Garnishment Operation from end to end.
