  • 5. (2). HR Ratio ( KRA )  လစာ Mid Point ရာခိုင္ႏႈ ႏႈ န္ႏႈ ၏ (၈၀%) အာ Target သတ္မွတ္္ ာ ၿပ ေႏႈအာက္ေႏႈလွ်ာ်ာ့လွ်င္ KPI Out သည္။ Formula Score : Actual / Target x 100 Final Score : Score x Weight / 100 KPI – A. % of or indexed to the Salary Range midpoint / market rate ( Salary Survey )

HR Ratio ( KRA )  စိုစိုေႏႈပါင္ႏႈ ၀န္္မ္ႏႈ အလိုပတကရက္၏ (20%) အာ စိုစိုေႏႈပါင္ႏႈ ခခင်ာ့ႏႈ္ရက္ Target အျဖစ္ သတ္မွတ္္ ာ ၿပ Target ထက္ေႏႈကွ်ာႏႈ္လွ်င္ေႏႈကာင္ႏႈ သည္။  Monthly Actual Working Day (24) x Total Employee (100) = A (2400)  Total Leave Day (90) / A (2400) x 100 = 3.75% Formula Score : Target / Actual x 100 Final Score : Score x Weight / 100 KPI – B. % of Average Leave day per Month (Monthly) ( Monthly Leave Report )
