Stream in Credit Collections process (Semi voice):
 We need to contact the customers in order to receive the payments on time.
 Depending on dollar amount of the invoice and ageing we need to escalate that
particular customer account to the manager accordingly.
 Business Order Report (BO) is the file/report where we can find all the accounts of the
customers that have been coded to us on that particular day.
 We deal with 3 types of Invoices; NAV (Navigational Database), GDC (Global Data
Centre), SAP invoices.

2. Payment Posting
 It is the primary activity in AR cash application process. It is mainly concerned with
posting the different mode of payment checks of various clients that has been uploaded
in our application through different Lock Boxes with the help of Bank Files.
Reviews:
 Reviews is one of the activity in process where the posters who are unable to resolve the
checks we use different criteria’s for searching the client is with the name, address,
phone number, state and city of the client.
Banking Functions
Banking Functions is one of the most critical functions in AR process. It involves 5
subactivites. Forecasting, Balancing, Bank Errors, Debits/Credits, NSF.
