2. Sip on gratitude coffee. When you
start your day take a moment to
appreciate a new day & new
possibilities.
3. Ask everyone at the dinner table to list
one thing they are thankful for.
4. Have your family create a gratitude
list. Write down things you are grateful
for on a regular basis.
5. Take time to appreciate your own hard
work this holiday.
6. Do something to show another person
you are thankful for their: support,
friendship, leadership, etc.
7. Ask yourself 4 questions: Who
touched me today? Who or what
inspired me today? What’s the best
things that happened to me today?
Who made me smile today?
8. Write thank you notes for family, co-
workers, bosses, friends & even your
kiddos.
9. Go on a walk and take time to
appreciate beautiful weather, flowers,
snow, clouds, etc.
10. See things from another perspective.
This can help you see what you’ve
taken for granted like: your home,
vehicle, friendships or job.
11. Say grace before your meal. Regardless
of religion being appreciative of the
food in front of you can add a spirit of
gratitude to each meal.
