Accounts – October 2014 till date
This is a US based MNC, its basically an NGO running various projects giving business
solutions to poverty in around 40 countries across the globe. I am working as Manager
Accounts & Finance reporting to Financial Controller , Country Director and also US Finance
team looking after various assignments. I head a a reportee team of 10+.
The NGO business in India is run into projects bifurcated into 2 companies,
1) Ashwattha Advisors Pvt Ltd – Technoserve INC with a head office at Washington DC
has a 99 % holding in Ashwattha Advisors. 1% holding is sof one of the directors of
Technoserve Inc.
2) TNS India Foundation – It’s a section 25 company with 100 % holding of our country
director.
Following are my assignments/responsibilities in both these companies.
1) Project accounting & MIS , Budget Vs Actuals in prescribed report format of the donor.
2) Periodical / Monthly MIS and Month close reports. Handling complete monthly and
cumulative MIS reports actual monthly and budgeted till project completion i.e. complete
project accounting Actual cash flow, Fund Flow Short term and long term cash flow for
all existing as well as future projects
3) Statutory returns monitoring and getting filed.
4) Internal ,Statutory ,Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing ,also assisting HQ in calendar audit.
5) Generation of various MIS reports as and when required.
6) Monthly Sales Invoicing
7) Statutory Compliance (TDS , Service Tax payment – return filing ) and liasioning with
company secretary for all Secretarial matters including ROC return filing.
8) Complete heading and monitoring the reportee team of 10+ for getting all these things
done within the given deadline.
9) Complete Finalisation (fiscal and Calendar ) and also preparation of budgeted
provisional financials till project completion also monthly monitoring & reporting of
actuals against budget.

same group
1) Intech Auto stores and Conveyors Pvt Ltd. As Manager Accounts ( NOV 2011-
SEPT 2014 )
Intech Auto Stores and Conveyors Pvt Ltd is an Engineering Company engaged in the
manufacture of Instamat (Automatic Storage systems) and Conveyors. The company operations
are divided into two divisions Instamat and Conveyor , and I was looking after Instamat Division.
This belongs to my earlier group “Yashprabha Group” and is the sister concern of my earlier
company ‘Minilec India Pvt Ltd. I Was transferred to this sister concern to look after entire
operations as a Manager accounts and also looking after Ghaisas Developers, another
company of my proprietors which is engaged in construction and development of Bungalow
Plots in Konkan by entering into a joint Venture, project name is “Kaularu”.
As Manager Accounts –For both – Instamat Division and Kaularu Project –
1) Overall Accounts responsibility including Finalization & Audit, Bank Liaison, Taxation
matters ,IT assessments both company and individual directors.
2) Preparation of various MIS reports & presentations for review meetings,
3) Monthly & weekly projected cash flows etc ,Monitoring day-to-day routine accounting
matters.
4) Looking after Bank liaison such as annual review and renewal of facilities,
5) Export documentation monitoring PC Post shipment transactions.
6) Also conducting Internal Audit by way of preparing Monthly and Cumulative
Performance Reports, System Audit etc.
