Illness/Injury Me/ Models There is every
chance that
when we come
to the day of the
shoot either me,
or one of the two
models could be
ill. To ensure I
keep to a
schedule I will
keep a back up
Model in the case
of any injury or
illness. If I fall ill
a reschedule will
take place
immediately.
Any inconveniences Me/ Models If for some
reason there are
any unforeseen
events/ Plans
that take place
on the same day
as the shoot I
will have the
substitute in
place for this
also. But to make
sure this does
not happen I will
maintain contact
with the two
models and the
substitute to
keep a general
idea on whether
the shoot will
take place as
scheduled.
Broken equipment Me On the day of the
shoot I will make
sure to check the
equipment

any damage. This

tripod or camera.
If broken I will
then need to
exchange it as
soon as possible
to start the
shoot.
Not able to get the props or correct
costume on time.

we can not get
the costume in

shoot as the
costume is part
of what will fit in
to the genre of
rock so this will
be necessary.
The props of the
guitar and
microphone
should be easily
obtainable from
the music
department but
there may still be
problems.
Not getting the correct shot Me/Models This is a shared
effort as I will
have to
adequately
describe the shot
type that I want
but the model
will also have to
deliver a good
standard of work
to make it look
good.
Lighting Me/ Studio advisor The lighting will
have to be
adequate for my
shoot to be able
to get the best

Electrical General This is general
electrical safety
when working
with equipment
such as the
lighting and so
on.
General health and safety Me/ Models Keeping a
general attitude
to health and
safety in the
college.
The shoot doesn’t fit Rock genre
conventions.
Me After the shoot I
may find that the
shots that I have
taken do not look
adequate for the
genre of my
magazine. If this
happens I will
have to quickly
reschedule
another shoot.
Memory card full Me If in the middle
of the shoot I fin
that the memory
card is full I will
then need to take
the photos from
this and then
quickly restart
the shoot as soon
as possible. To
prevent tis I will
check the
amount of space
free before hand.
Shots being blurry Me The photos that I
come out with
will need to be of
the best quality
to be able to
make it on to my
magazine. This
means I will have
to make sure
that the camera
