A Microsoft Word document detailing some of the problems and setbacks I may encounter during the production phase of my project and what can be done to avoid these or, at the very most, work around them and turn them into solutions.

Things that can still go wrong How to avoid or deal with an issue
Due to time constraints as well as the
possibility of elusive bird behaviour, I may
not be able to put a birdsong recording
together myself in West Bank Park as I had
originally hoped.
I will visit a website that houses a multitude
of different sounds, possibly including
birdcalls. If this is not possible, I will instead
use the British Birdcalls website to find and
download these sounds. Do not use
YouTube Sounds unless absolutely
necessary.
The college fire alarm may suddenly go of
while I am editing my podcast together on
Premiere Pro, causing a small setback in the
production of my finished product, which
can be easily overlooked afterward.
Wait outside the building for half an hour
or however long it takes to get the situation
fully under control. Remain calm, but act
fast. Once the fire alarm has been
deactivated, re-enter the building.
The recording studio on the second floor
may be in use by other students, either for
recording interviews or for their own audio
projects.
If this turns out to be the case, I plan to
speak to my tutor about finding possible
alternate recording rooms in which to
deliver my script.
College is closed once again due to a fourth
COVID lockdown being put into effect and I
am unable to complete my evaluation or
present the finished product in person.
Put together a plan of action with the help
of my PAs to ensure a smooth transition
from working at college to working at
home, along with a list of objectives to
work towards. Once this is accomplished, I
can then start working on said evaluation.
Due to the tight college deadline and
mandate, there is a mild but likely
possibility of heightened stress levels
setting in during production.
If this happens, put a temporary stop to
recording and take a few deep breaths
while figuring out what you want to say.
Take as much time as needed. Once this is
accomplished, recording may be resumed.
I am unable to find time to record my script
at college, despite the relative unlikelihood
of this happening.
Use whatever time you have available over
the Easter break to record script from
home. Once the recordings are complete,
email them to your college account so you
are ready to edit them when college
reopens.
