Colours: Similar Images:
The colours I have chosen are Autumn
colours that could be used for my
portfolio, however, I do not need
colours for my portfolio because the
background of my images will be of the
scenery outside.
I have chosen those images as the
background they have are close to
what I am going to do for my
photographs. To have that Autumn
theme, I will have the trees with the
brown leaves falling down and
hopefully I will do the photographs
when the weather is sunny and try get
some in the rain too.

7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
The weather could be a problem I’d have to change it to another day so then the
weather is nice
The equipment may not available Book the equipment beforehand
The studio may not available Move studios to somewhere free
I could lose all my work Save my work on my memory stick
The photographs may be blurring when I put
them in a portfolio
Make sure the photographs are taken properly
and taken with enough time
The portfolio might not work Do a sample portfolio beforehand to make sure
it works
8. Health and Safety
Potential Issue: How will the issue be
avoided?
Allergic Reaction to other people’s clothing To make sure that the clothing is suitable by
making sure the model’s skin is fine with it
Get skin stuck between zips To make sure they are product is on properly so
it won’t happen
People tripping over the tripod To keep the tripod away from anyone to
prevent the issue
People who have come from outside (if it’s
been raining) will likely to slip over
Make sure they dry their feet before entering
the studio
There may be a wire through the studio Make sure that people don’t trip over and
injure themselves and try move the wire out
the way
Studio lights Not to look directly into them
