2012 - Present - Works as “Business Operations & Communication Manager” at SANOFI (Cambodia)
Co., LTD. As one of the management team members and as a head of business operation and
communication department, and report directly to Head of Cambodia Operations, I take a lead and
handle multi tasks and key projects as below:
Business Analysis/Strategic Planning & Sales Force Effectiveness
Max plan and SF ROI analysis for new FTE recruitment / Growth Initiatives / Sales force expansion
Territory mapping and provinces expansion analysis
Resource Allocation – formalize strategy with FTE calculation approach.
Set up and monitor the Sales Force key performance indicator (KPI)
Set up and lead the sales force’s incentive scheme, target setting and pay-out calculation and payout
