2012 - Present - Works as “Business Operations & Communication Manager” at SANOFI (Cambodia)
Co., LTD. As one of the management team members and as a head of business operation and
communication department, and report directly to Head of Cambodia Operations, I take a lead and
handle multi tasks and key projects as below:
Business Analysis/Strategic Planning & Sales Force Effectiveness
 Max plan and SF ROI analysis for new FTE recruitment / Growth Initiatives / Sales force expansion
 Territory mapping and provinces expansion analysis
 Resource Allocation – formalize strategy with FTE calculation approach.
 Set up and monitor the Sales Force key performance indicator (KPI)
 Set up and lead the sales force’s incentive scheme, target setting and pay-out calculation and payout
analysis vs. the budget plan & sales force award
 Track performance vs. objectives
 Set up and develop local incentive scheme SOP/Guideline, corresponding and answering to global
guideline and requirements
 Provide training and consulting to all sales force team, understanding of business strategy, direction
and organizational issues
 Customers list and territory management/ Customers list design /Channel hierarchy design

 Build and lead the SF training plan strategy (FY), development and implementation and follow-up
 Lead Call Center team for customers services by giving clear directions
 Develops and give strategy inputs on product training program that is appropriate for the sales team
in the new promotional model
