1. To assist in the overall PJ plant training and developmental needs
2. To conduct induction for new hires.
3. HRDF Administration – claims and submission of HRDF application for approval.
4. Liaise with Training provider on Training courses and payment preparation.
5. Maintain all employees training records.
6. To update training program/records according to schedule (TNA).
7. To maintain training room and assist to coordinate on training F&B with caterer.
8. To assist in PIP
9. Ensure Training and Development compliance to all ISO procedure and documentations
requirements and documents are compiled and updated accordingly.
5S
1. Participate in company’s 5 S activities – Take charge of assigned areas
Plant 5S
 Guard House, Car Park and Surau
 Locker and Changing Room
 Canteen
Office 5S
 Office- Training Room
2. Part of 5S Committee Member - Training Committee (Plant and Office 5S)

 To tabulate the results into summary (union workers) and gain approval from Plant
Manager, HR Manager and Managing Director.
 To key in the increment of the workers into payroll system.
2. To key in medical records when receive bills from clinics
3. Verification of Medical certs
4. To issue Guarantee Letter for staffs to visit hospital
