The Nirmaan Livelihoods Program Vocational Training Centre provides vocational skills training to marginalized individuals. Over 210 beneficiaries have received training in skills like tailoring, embroidery, bag making, and mehendi art through 6 completed batches. The training aims to enable the economic and social empowerment of trainees by providing certifications and opportunities to work on real projects. Trainees have gained skills, confidence, and discipline to establish small businesses or get jobs in their vocational fields. Future plans include expanding the entrepreneurship program model.
