6. Forum Preferences: Configure how you would like to be notified about classroom forum
discussions. Hover over the question mark icons for additional details. Don’t forget to
save your changes.

7. Message Preferences: Configure how you would like to be notified about messages that
you receive from your instructor or peers. Hover over the question mark icons for
additional details. Don’t forget to save your changes.

8. Notification Preferences: Configure how you would like to receive your notifications.

9. Notification Icons: Be sure to check your notification icons whenever you log into your
Moodle account. You’ll see the number of notifications at the top-right section of your
Moodle page.

10. Notification Icons: You’ll also see notifications next to your courses.

11. Moodle Icons: Familiarize yourself with the various Moodle icons.

12. Gradebook: Always check your gradebook for any past-due assignments.
Click on the “grades” option, located at the same place as your “preferences” option.

13. Moodle Help Ticket: Use the Help Ticket System if you are having issues with your
Moodle account.
