Carry out effective and efficient diagnosis of all equipment to enhance plant reliability.
Liase with plant engineer to schedule and implement effective plant maintenance.
Install,commission,inspect,maintain & rehabilitate specialized equipment (Aerzen
blowers, Aerzen screw compressors, Pfister dosing equipment, Saake hot gas generators)
Complies to safety rules and regulations: Zero safety incidents.
Minimise equipment downtime by ensuring repeat jobs are below 7%.

Performs run/stop inspection on the plant to identify the plant status.
Uses specialised tools to identify plant status (Condition Monitoring).
Generates work requests from inspection checklists.
Checks the availability of spares for jobs to be executed to avoid any delay in
maintenance.
2. Follows up and monitors the execution of recommended maintenance programmes and
commissions the completed jobs.
Initiates the procurement of non-stock / urgent spares.
