 Carry out effective and efficient diagnosis of all equipment to enhance plant reliability.
 Liase with plant engineer to schedule and implement effective plant maintenance.
 Install,commission,inspect,maintain & rehabilitate specialized equipment (Aerzen
blowers, Aerzen screw compressors, Pfister dosing equipment, Saake hot gas generators)
 Complies to safety rules and regulations: Zero safety incidents.
 Minimise equipment downtime by ensuring repeat jobs are below 7%.

 Performs run/stop inspection on the plant to identify the plant status.
 Uses specialised tools to identify plant status (Condition Monitoring).
 Generates work requests from inspection checklists.
 Checks the availability of spares for jobs to be executed to avoid any delay in
maintenance.

2.  Follows up and monitors the execution of recommended maintenance programmes and
commissions the completed jobs.
 Initiates the procurement of non-stock / urgent spares.
