teams within my area of responsibility of the site.
These areas involved the Setting of the maintenance teams Key
Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and managing the maintenance teams
within my responsibility. Achieving zero injuries and completing the
maintenance plan.
Setting targets and requirements for the teams to achieve and to
maintain the plant to a high operational availability.
Set yearly budgets and ensure that critical assemblies are ordered
and maintained in the correct manner. Ensure that major change outs
are planned and completed on time.
I am involved with the completion of the Start Up and Commissioning
for parts of the plant that are still to meet expectations and work
closely with the contractor / suppliers to achieve the desired outcomes
