To conduct daily morning and afternoon inspection walks on the yard/vessels
and record/report any unsafe acts and non-compliances which may result in near
misses or potential accidents.
To ensure relevant permit to work forms are on site with appropriate authorized
signatures and relevant risk assessments are attached to them.
To generate weekly inspection reports on operational workforce at yard and
onboard vessels.
