Leverage nine-year company tenure to serve in current role conducting final visual inspections
of in-process and completed products such as electromechanical assemblies, mechanical units,
and subsystems. Perform visual inspections of all printed wiring boards (PWBs) placed into
assemblies and subassemblies. Read, interpret, and work from schematics, diagrams, drawings,
customer specifications, and inspection instructions and checklists. Expertly utilize multiple
measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, depth gauges, pie tapes,
flatness gauges, Jo blocks, feeler gauges, scales, and fixtures. Accept and reject products,
boards, and harnesses in accordance with customer drawings, company quality policies, and IPC
global standards. Verify strict adherence to current ISO requirements. Assist in creating and
maintaining work instructions with Engineers. Prepare all Certificates of Compliance submitted
to customers. Interact daily with supplier, management team, and internal departments such as
Operations and Shipping. Train, mentor, and motivate new Inspectors.
Key Achievements:
Started as Quality Inspector I and earned promotion to Inspector II with responsibility
for training, auditing, and leading all new Inspectors to higher levels of qualification.
Selected and entrusted to serve as final Inspector for all products leaving facility.
