PROFILE OVERVIEW: I have more than 10 years of experience in ATM industry where the initial few
years was as ATM operations Officer then moved to ATM technical operations Section Head. Over the
years I worked in managing ATM machine, System Testing and implementation roll-out including
ATM software enhancement and Switch Testing Management by leading different projects. Using my
technical skill and experience, I focused in implementing new ATM services, e-channels, ATM
installations and site development/inspection and supervise ATM card production. I also worked on
analyzing ATM problems, customer complaints, client orientations and service improvement.
