who is here to help others

work as a freelancer in
Michigan and have an Etsy
shop called Healing Mind
with Paint.
I just recently bought a house
and live with my boyfriend
and his two dogs. My guilty
pleasures are rap songs and
reality TV.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU’RE NOT GROUNDED?
You might feel:
Unbalanced
Stressed
Overwhelmed
Moody
Vulnerable to picking up negative
energy and other’s emotions
Have physical and/or emotional pain
4. WHY DO YOU NEED TO GROUND YOURSELF AS A HSP?
If you want to:
Feel happier
Feel more in control of your
emotions
Stop picking up energy and
emotions of others
Simply feel better in your
body and mind
6. SMUDGING
• Cleanse negative energy
• Emotional balance
• Boost immune system and
energy
• Positive mood
• Smudge yourself, your
home, your pets, etc.
I use Palo Santo wood to
smudge, but you can use
sage, cedar, sweetgrass, etc.
7. MEDITATE
• Take time to
meditate or focus
on your breathing
• Take breaks while
working to stretch
and breathe
• When anxiety arises,
ask yourself WHY?
8. LIGHT MEDITATION
One of my favorite ways to
ground myself and protect my
energy is to do a white light
meditation. You can do this
anywhere! No one has to know…
Close your eyes if you can.
Envision a beautiful, healing white
light covering you.
Ask for the light to protect your
energy from negativity and help
ground you.
9. GET OUTDOORS
• Sunshine
• Bare feet on the
ground –
experience different
textures
• Lay in grass
• Walk in nature – no
distractions
10. MOVE
• Find your favorite
exercise
• Dance
• Walking (especially in
nature)
• Jogging
• Bike riding
• Sports
11. EPSOM SALT BATHS
• Clears toxins and negative
energy
• Contains magnesium
• Lots of other health benefits:
relieves cramps and muscle
aches, relieves stress,
reduces inflammation, etc.
• 2 cups for 20 minutes
• I recommend Dr. Teal’s or
Ultra Epsom brands
• Use with essential oils
12. STOP TAKING
THINGS
PERSONALLY
• Everything other people
do is because of THEM,
not YOU.
• You can choose to
accept or not accept the
negative labels people
put on you.
• You have the choice to
engage or walk away.
• Trust your intuition and
take everything as a
lesson.
