When tackling health, look at your diet and fitness. Only when
laid out correctly, will it help you.

2. Description of Business Idea
Due to the increasing numbers of people catching diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, we've
developed an app to help a person manage their lifestyle, with or without an ailment. Consequently, Floura will be
able to manage one's fitness, track calories/eating habits, and progress overtime. It will encourage more people to
review their habits and choose the healthiest option--no matter what.

3. Problem
At this second, someone is struggling with diabetes. At this second, someone is struggling to manage their heart
disease. Both may think that it is unmanageable, that nothing can be done to improve their situation. Hopelessness
is a feeling that causes a lack of motivation, spiraling one down into more health complications. They use this as a
way to procrastinate their dieting and exercise.

4. Solution
Floura will create a manageable way to keep track of all of your health needs. This would include diets, physical
activity, blood sugar/pressure, and sleep. This motivates them to be more involved with their own health. Everyone
has the ability to do so, it requires some motivation. It compiles a lot of information to allow people with ailments
to access everything easily, making health an option.

5. Market
Floura is more than a fitness app or a weight loss app targeted at adults. Not only does it have calorie trackers and
physical activity measurements, but it also contains recipes to redirect any issues with dieting, connections to those
who can provide aid in this situation, and original and tested methods to help manage a disease. This truly allows
the user to get more out of a single app.
