Integration Administration
 Responsible for integrating users and account numbers between McKesson Connect and
Macro Helix for order splitting.
 Verifying that all accounts and PIDs are set up in the system and have all data feeds
necessary for integration.
 Verify that all users requesting integration have the accounts necessary, and if not, sending
email request to Sales Administrator and Account Manager to get the issue resolved.
 Work closely with Hospital Installers to make sure everything is ready for go-live.
 Wrote instructions for customers to use to add their alternate user ids. in Architect so they
can have the accumulations view and 340B Architect single sign on. Also wrote instructions
for customers to use to add the accumulations view to their profile in Connect.
 Help troubleshoot issues with integrations when customers have issues.
 Work closely with my Support team members to insure we integrate customers quickly and
efficiently.
 Process the Wal-Mart Generics auto ship orders twice a week.
 Process the Vertical Team Integrity report out of Salesforce.
 Process the auto order off report daily.
 Working with the Validation Team to help with ICD-10 changes by sending emails to
Covered Entities on their behalf.
 Process the retail pharmacy registrations on the OPA website every quarter.
 Wrote SOPs for my position so others could be trained on my functions.
